COFFEE is brewed fresh every morning. We feature organic, free trade coffee roasted locally by our friends at Panacea Coffee House.
First Course - Breakfast begins with a seasonal fresh fruit course, taking advantage of the freshest produce available.
Entrée - Our menu is displayed the afternoon prior, and designed after discussing preferences with our guests. Everything is prepared individually, allowing us to adjust to those preferences; "leave out the onions, please"
Third Course - 3rd course is designed to be served or portable and may be "bagged" as an afternoon snack if preferred.
Butler's Pantry - Guests have 24-hour access to the Butler's Pantry with house-made bakeries, fresh fruit, refrigerated beverages, Keurig hot beverages and assorted snacks.
