Oak Hill features latex mattresses. They are naturally anti-microbial, breathable and dust mite resistant, making it an ideal choice for allergy sufferers. All of our bedding is also hypoallergenic and the house is equipped with central heat and air conditioning, and a Trane CleanEffects Air Filter.

Hazelwood Soap Company – Enjoy soaps and lotions specially formulated for Oak Hill. All products are made with only pure oils (avocado, almond, olive) and organic shea butter. Visit them in Hazelwood Village or at www.hazelwoodsoapcompany.com

Oak Hill features a wrap-around veranda and gazebo providing excellent mountain views and refreshing breezes.

Gourmet Breakfast – Served at 8:30AM daily. Join our other guests in the Suddath Dining Room for a three-course breakfast. We happily accommodate all dietary restrictions with advanced notice.

Oak Hill features organic Peruvian coffee by Panacea Coffee House, Cafe & Roastery. Stop by their location in the Historic Frog Level.

Concierge Service - Allow us to assist you with reservations/recommendations for dining, directions or activities.

Butler Pantry – Help yourself to coffee, soft drinks, bottled waters, fresh baked goods and a variety of snacks. Located in the Suddath Dining Room and always available.

Daily Maid Service - Rooms are completely refreshed, including fresh towels.

Evening Turn-Down Service – Turn down service will be provided (if room is available) enhanced with bottled waters and chocolates.

Jenny Ray Parlor - This multi-use parlor includes a host of games, reading materials, DVD Player with variety of DVDs and 50" flat screen TV with movie channels.  This room is also available for private spa services.
